Japanese cuisine takes center stage on this elegant, multi-course menu.

Indulge in luxurious sushi and more classic Asian dishes in this private chef experience. First, Chef Kevin will serve a savory miso soup with fresh scallions and dashi. Next, enjoy three types of sushi, including maki sushi rolls and nigiri with fresh fish, and temaki hand rolls made with cucumber and avocado. Finish by tasting tempura ice cream over a soft pound cake.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

The Potstickers and Sushi class was an amazing experience for my family and I. Chef Kevin was great, he answered so many questions, was fun and entertaining, and he made sure that the finished meal was delicious! This class was something that all of us got great instruction on, from my 13 year old son, to the rest of us, we all learned something new and enjoyed the experience. I highly recommend this class, as well as Chef Kevin as he made it so enjoyable!

It was such a memorable night! Chef Kevin was so funny, knowledgeable and was a great teacher ;). It was my husbandâ€™s birthday and Fatherâ€™s Day celebration with our adult kids and spouses. We laughed a lot at our work but eventually got the hang of it. Chef also was so kind to accommodate our daughterâ€™s celiacs. Recommend: sharp knives, lots of different sized bowls, cutting boards, Saran Wrap, parchment, display platters.

My husband organized a sushi class party as a birthday gift. Our guests and I had a pleasant time. Be sure to have sharp knives, multiple bowls (for mixing the ingredients), saran wrap, big pans with lids, and multiple chopping boards ready.

We had an amazing experience with Chef Kevin! The entire experience was wonderful. My husband and I learned a lot of new skills and the dishes were delicious! We had the most amazing evening with Chef Kevin! I booked a European culinary experience with Chef Kevin for my husbandâ€˜s birthday. It by far exceeded my expectations 1 million times over. Chef Kevin is personable, a consummate professional, and made us feel so comfortable learning how to cook a Beef Wellington. We have taken cooking classes before, but having a chef come to your house, makes all the difference in the world.
