We had a great time at the Pizza Fundamentals class! Chef Antonio was so knowledgeable and helpful. We were very interested in learning how to make pizza dough at home and he gave us great tips and advice. It was so fun learning the techniques of how to correctly fold, shape, and toss the dough and tasting our pizzas once they cooked. We would absolutely come back to do another class with Chef Antonio!

We took this class as a couple and had an amazing time! Chef Antonio provides an authentic experience while keeping class manageable and fun! The food he prepared for us as we cooked was fantastic and the BYOB option kept things relaxed! His kitchen was cozy and clean and he provided clear instructions for us to follow for low experienced cooks like myself. Highly recommend this class for any date night or a friendly get-together!

We had a wonderful time. The best bruschetta and gnocchi we have had in the US. Chef Antonio makes the experience fun and enjoyable. We highly recommend this class and will definitely join Chef Antonio in other classes.

It was awesome experience for us making pizza with chef Antonio! I am from Korea, and Koreans usually don't have oven in their kitchen which leads them to buy some pizza from restaurant not make pizza for themselves. So it was really a new experience for me making pizza with big traditional oven and I loved it. My pizza came out great, too. Chef Antonio was very professional, he gave us plenty of new knowledge about pizza and some Italian life. Also he was very friendly so we felt comfortable during the class. I would highly recommend this class to others. Thank you for setting up the cooking class.Â

Surprised my BF with a fun date and Chef Antonio was so engaging. Not only did he make us feel comfortable in his kitchen but he was funny and had us laughing and learning so much all night. Extremely knowledgeable (you can tell it is in his blood) and I really feel like I walked away with some great tips to try in my own kitchen at home. Would 100% recommend doing a class with him to any of my friends/family.

I can’t say enough about my Cozymeal experience with Chef Antonio. I bought a pasta cooking class for my boyfriends parents and the two of us as a birthday gift. We didn’t know what to expect as we’ve never done a cooking class or made pasta from scratch before… What an awesome and fun experience! Chef Antonio was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He educated us on the roots and history of the pasta we were making - and everything we learned can now be translated into making this on our own in our own homes! I highly recommend this as a memorable gift for any occasion, a fun date night, or if you’re just looking to learn - a unique and intimate learning experience. Thank you Chef Antonio!
