Relax and allow Chef Greg to take your taste buds on a journey to Spain.
During this private chef experience, Chef Greg will prepare for you an authentic four-course Spanish dinner menu. You'll begin with pan con tomate with queso Manchego. Then, you'll enjoy a traditional Spanish tortilla with caramelized onions and goat cheese. Your entrée features a Spanish favorite — paella with shrimp and chorizo. Finally, Chef Greg will end with classic seasonal poached pears with cava sabayon, vanilla crumble, cinnamon, clove and rosemary.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
