Booked the class Culinary Journey Down Bourbon Street with Chef John in Pembroke Pines

I booked the Bourbon Street class as a surprise for my boyfriend, to celebrate our third anniversary. It was such a blast!! Chef John has such a fun personality, great stories, and amazing cooking skills. He answered ALL of my questions and taught us many techniques (verbally and hands on) for presentation, knife skills, kitchen tools, and more. He made sure to snap some pictures of us, The food we had was absolutely delicious and we were able to take some home! Chef John was great with accommodating my gluten sensitivity as well. We both had an amazing time and left feeling a little sad that it was over. Would 100% recommend!

The evening was filled with good food and lots of laughs. Chef Johnâ€™s home kitchen was comfortable and well appointed. He showed us how to make Sushi and then let us practice making it ourselves. The Sushi was delicious and the the hours flew by. Great date night!

It was my first time using Cozymeal, and it was for a date night with my wife. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Chef John was fantastic, and we had the opportunity to meet another couple. The food was excellent, and we greatly appreciated the chef's expertise and wonderful sense of humor. We will definitely use Cozymeal again in the near future.

Booked the menu Maryland Seafood Feast with Chef John

The food was delicious. It was a great menu for all seafood and crab cakes lovers. However, we had to take care of clearing the plates ourselves between courses and bring everything back to the kitchen (from the dining room) at the end and clean up ourselves. We had another Cozymeal last year, and everything was put away. We did not have to lift a finger. I was just a little surprised by that.
