Chef Chris will introduce you to a French brassiere fine dining experience.

Enjoy the classic favorites from France in this private chef experience with Chef Chris. First, enjoy creamy carrot soup with thyme, leeks and cream, and fresh mussels with your choice of a white wine sauce or baguette toasts and olive oil. Next, sink your fork into an incredible beef bourguignon with crème fraîche-infused polenta, then enjoy a French strawberry tart for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chris was personable, funny, and such a cool guy! We were worried our smaller apartment kitchen may not be enough space, but he fit right in! The food was absolutely incredible, and the experience felt luxurious. Chris will not disappoint!

My wife and I got this service as a gift and didn't know what to expect from this experience but it turned out really nice. Chef Chris brought all the food and gear needed to make our home a French Bistro for the night. Chris walked us through the menu and gave commentary along the way as he produced some great food. He was awesome about cleaning as he went but finished cleaning every thing before he left. Overall it was great night night.

I recently had the pleasure of attending an Emily in Paris-inspired gourmet dinner experience with my sister through Cozymeal, and it was absolutely fantastic. Chef Chris created a warm, welcoming environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire experience both educational and enjoyable. He walked us through each step of the cooking process with clear instructions, while also keeping the atmosphere fun and engaging. The conversation flowed naturally, which made the experience feel very personal and relaxed. The menu was beautifully curated and delicious from start to finish. We prepared a cheese soufflé, seared duck breast with Dijon cream sauce, dauphinoise potatoes, fresh French baguette with butter, and a rich mousse au chocolat with fleur de sel. Every dish turned out amazing, and it truly felt like an elevated dining experience. I especially appreciated how interactive the class was—we weren’t just watching, we were fully involved in creating each course. It was also a fun opportunity to dress up and enjoy the full Parisian-inspired theme. I would highly recommend Chef Chris and Cozymeal to anyone looking for a unique, hands-on culinary experience. It’s perfect for a date night, girls’ night, or anyone wanting to learn new cooking skills in a fun and memorable way.
