Sit back and relax as Chef Carolina brings classic Southern BBQ favorites to the table.
In this private chef experience with Chef Carolina, you will get to experience an almost too-good-to-be-true taste of Southern BBQ. Chef Carolina will prepare baby back ribs that fall off the bone with a spicy, tangy, sticky-sweet sauce and all the classic sides, the cheesiest macaroni and cheese, and a gooey, warm peach cobbler for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Carolina graduated from the Art Institute and The Institute of Natural Food, and worked in the restaurant industry for 12 years. She has been surrounded by good food all of her life — her mother and grandmother were always in the kitchen cooking, and she learned many secrets to authentic ethnic Mexican food from them. This has been Chef Carolina's inspiration for creating menus full of natural, unprocessed foods.
