Chef Gene did an amazing job! The food he had us prepare was delicious and our entire group took away a ton of knowledge. He is excellent at teaching, but in a way that is approachable and fun. He was a joy to be around. I highly recommend him!

Chef Linda was gracious welcoming me to her home. She shared her story about what pushed her toward a culinary career, demonstrating the fruits of her studies magnificently. With her cooking, you get to indulge in rich flavors and ingredients, without feeling weighed down afterward. The Chicken Asparagus Crostata and Crab Tartlets expertly displayed her background with pastry, proving she has a knack for light yet impactful flavors. The Ravioli with Brown Butter and Sage Sauce was another simple-to-learn dish that guests will certainly want to replicate at home. After watching Chef Linda work the pasta dough, you'll know how to! Lastly, the Bombolini were a sugary sweet dessert - perfect for filling with espresso or chocolate - and a fitting way to end the class.

The dishes made and demonstrated were incredibly unique and delicious. Making the pasta was the most exciting for me, aside from being able to eat it afterwards!

Gene was accommodating and went out of his way to make the team building experience fun and enjoyable. Everyone enjoyed making pasta and learning new skills in the kitchen. The food was GREAT!

Chef Gene did a fantastic job making us all feel comfortable, explaining the process and adapting the event to meet our expectations. He is very knowledgeable and made sure we were all engaged in the preparation of the meal. The ingredients were of high quality and the menu featured seasonal ingredients per our request. We all went away with many great tips on how to improve our cooking skills.

My wife and I really enjoyed the class. Chef Paige was very personable, engaging and demonstrated everything very well. This class made us realize that with some good sauces, vegetables can be a very fulfilling meal. We had a fun evening and highly recommend chef Paige.
