Chef Adam brings many years of experience and a super friendly demeanor to all interactions - and his food is phenomenal. His technique on the cast iron grill creates deliciously tender chicken satay, expertly seasoned and served with mouthwatering sauces: sweet and sour, peanut and cucumber relish. For his artisanal pizza, he will explain what goes into good dough, demonstrating a practiced hand that rolls a delightfully thin crust. The roasted vegetables and mixed cheeses are light and flavorful on the taste buds, and eating it in chef's gorgeous back yard makes it even better. The moussaka may be foreign to most, but you'll certainly want to get more familiar with this Greek/Mediterranean dish cooked with lamb and eggplant. It's comfort food at it's finest. Lastly, prepare to become a master of the roll under the tutelage of Chef Adam, who deftly throws together garden rolls using only the freshest produce, shrimp and pork. It was a great experience that I'm certain others will enjoy.

Chef Kateland's rendition of fried green tomatoes were tasty, making me glad to have the opportunity to try them for the first time. Crispy, with a tangy remoulade, they also held their texture, avoiding any potential sogginess. The johnnycake topped with spicy shrimp was another Southern-inspired dish that packed diverse textures and flavors. Her meat driven plates - the Kalbi marinated short ribs and Poulet Basquaise - were colorful and seasoned well, demonstrating an adept hand and eye in the kitchen.
