Discover a spooky and visually fun menu with Chef Stacy, who will guide you through making a fun cocktail and a series of snacks to delight and frighten guests. Begin by mixing tequila, lime sorbet, ginger ale and pineapple juice for a chilling cocktail. Next, cook up cheesy quesadillas in the shape of jack-o’-lanterns, and prepare a wicked witch guacamole with blue corn chips. End by making a sweet and salty treat with candy that everyone will love.

Gather needed ingredients. Open any packages or canned goods. Wash/rinse all produce. Gather all needed platters/servingware, equipment and utensils needed per recipe instructions. Preheat oven. Wash, peel and remove pit of avocados.

Chef Stacy was very engaging; she went slow enough to make following along easy but fast enough to keep things moving. I love that she gave tips along the way for personal modifications ( meats, spices,etc). Great class and highly recommended!
