During this live and interactive online cooking class with Chef Stacy, you will learn how to prepare an immune-boosting detox vegetable soup from scratch right in your own kitchen. After Chef Stacy teaches you how to brew a large batch of detox soup filled with fresh vegetables, herbs, and lentils, you will learn how to prepare homemade crispy, crunchy multi-seed crackers with pumpkin, sunflower, sesame and flax seeds.

Chef Stacy was very engaging; she went slow enough to make following along easy but fast enough to keep things moving. I love that she gave tips along the way for personal modifications ( meats, spices,etc). Great class and highly recommended!
