What You’ll Do

Gather together with your loved ones for this light, healthy and delicious springtime brunch spread.

In this interactive online cooking class, you will learn how to prepare a delightful brunch from scratch with the help of Chef Stacy. Learn new skills and be the host of the next weekend gathering for your loved ones.

To begin, you will concoct light and bubbly rose raspberry sorbet mimosas. Then, you'll learn how to prepare a light and fluffy garden vegetable omelette, followed by mixing up fragrant blueberry-orange muffins made from scratch. While those are baking, you will toss together a fresh and healthy honey-lime fruit salad with a rainbow of brilliant colors and delicious flavors.

The class was good. The food was great and the recipes were easy to follow. Doing this with family in 3 different states will always make it an enjoyable experience. I wish Chef Stacy would have been a little more engaging.
