Chef Laura’s Neapolitan Pizza Adventure was a fantastic experience. We loved learning how to properly create and handle the dough, the importance of restraint with toppings, and watching the pizzas beautifully brown and bubble in the Ooni oven. The kitchen was perfectly set up for our small group of six, the food was delicious, and the warmth of Chef Laura and her husband’s home was truly the icing on the cake. My partner and I are already looking forward to taking more of her classes in the future.

We made neopolitan pizzas from spreading teh dough out to adding toppings and baking. Chef Bonicelli and her husband were great hosts and teachers, would heartily recommend, we'll be back!

The class was well done. I learned alot. Chef Bonicelli is a pro. Her husband is a very capable helper and enables the class to move through the experience with grace. We enjoyed much wonderful food. Very happy I went.
