This class was such a fun experience! We were not aware that the class would be held at his home but once we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and got to cooking. My boyfriend and I visited Chef Pao and made potstickers and fried rice. I have a love for cooking and wanted to experience a private cooking class and it did not disappoint. Chef Pao did an amazing job explaining not only how to make the food but the science behind it! He was so welcoming, generous, knowledgeable, and passionate about cooking! I would absolutely recommend Chef Pao to anyone looking for cooking lessons!

We cooked potstickers with Chef Pao. Over all it was good experience. It was fun. It is clear he is passionate about cooking and talented in putting together the prep. The class offered the potstickers, chicken fried rice. Not sure if we did the secret sauce. We were also looking forward to the Mochi Ice Cream. It wasn't served...we are also Ice Cream Lovers and would have loved to try something new.

Chef Pao is a FANTASTIC teacher. He is great at preparing and guiding guests through a recipe to cook delicious meals in his home. We had a lovely experience and it felt very relaxing and intimate to be in a home rather than a public place. We learned lots of new techniques when we made dumplings, and learned about the different types and traditions of potstickers and dumplings. We will absolutely be signing up for more classes with Chef Pao. He's excellent at pacing the process of making a multiple course meal and the results were absolutely delicious. We gained not only new techniques but also confidence as we broadened our culinary horizons. Our dumplings and fried rice were wonderful! I know I'll be able to recreate the food on my own and even change the recipes a little bit to suit different eaters. We had such a great time and highly recommend not only Cozymeal but Chef Pao in specific!
