Chef Shailini was born in Nepal, and with her father being a well-known diplomat, the family lived all over the world. A life long educator, Chef Shailini taught at both Boston University and Northeastern University earlier in her career, and while she enjoyed that a great deal, she is currently living her true passion at several well-known Boston institutions teaching people how to cook food that is both nutritious and delicious. Chef Shailini also does a great deal of volunteer work.

Born with a love for tantalizing flavors, Chef Jordan pursued his culinary ambitions as soon as he could, which took him around the world. He wants everyone who savors his cooking to remember it long after they leave the table, and to ensure that happens, he infuses all the knowledge he has gained into every dish. Chef Jordan looks forward to inspiring both novice and proficient chefs to explore new techniques and ingredients in the kitchen.

After discovering his passion for cooking as an Italian language instructor at UC Berkeley, Chef Chris went on to be the co-founder of a culinary event business, specializing in regional Italian cooking, and then worked as a chef teaching cooking classes for corporate groups, cultivating a 5-star rating. Chef Chris now works with a company providing walking food tours of Little Italy as well as teaching his lauded cooking classes.

After deciding to shift gears and leave the restaurant game, Chef Iain began a successful career as a personal chef in Manhattan Beach for over 15 years while simultaneously catering parties for clients and corporate events. He also became a private celebrity chef, and began providing services and catering on the sets of TV shows and movies. A world traveler, Chef Mike's range of cuisine knows no bounds and he delights in sharing the stories and technique behind each dish.

After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu in 2012, Chef Pao turned his focus to the beautiful and delicious preparation and presentation of sushi. Previously, he worked as a sushi chef at a restaurant in St. Paul where he perfected his sushi-making techniques. Now, Chef Pao runs his own catering business for events and gatherings, and teaches Asian cooking classes with a focus on skill and high-quality ingredients.

An accomplished chef and world traveler, Chef Greg has much to offer in the culinary landscape. With over 20 years of experience, Chef Greg prides himself on his ability to craft creative and inventive fare that exceeds expectations, while providing a service that goes above and beyond.
