Chef Shailini was born in Nepal, and with her father being a well-known diplomat, the family lived all over the world. A life long educator, Chef Shailini taught at both Boston University and Northeastern University earlier in her career, and while she enjoyed that a great deal, she is currently living her true passion at several well-known Boston institutions teaching people how to cook food that is both nutritious and delicious. Chef Shailini also does a great deal of volunteer work.

Hailing from Japan, Chef Shinya focuses on crafting outstanding cuisine centering on traditional and authentic Japanese recipes, but mixed with a passion for using fresh, local ingredients. This method, along with his extensive experience as a culinary instructor, chef trainer and former restaurant owner who has earned three stars from Seattle Times, proves Chef Shinya's classes will be extraordinary.

After deciding to shift gears and leave the restaurant game, Chef Iain began a successful career as a personal chef in Manhattan Beach for over 15 years while simultaneously catering parties for clients and corporate events. He also became a private celebrity chef, and began providing services and catering on the sets of TV shows and movies. Chef Iain can also be found hosting a variety of fun and exciting culinary experiences!

Chef Lula boasts an impressive resume with 10 years of culinary experience as a professional and private chef, culinary designer, business owner and an events coordinator and caterer of everything from small gatherings to black-tie fundraisers. But where Chef Lula’s passion for cooking really comes to life is in her incredible cooking classes, which promise to be relaxed yet refined and are nothing short of a good time.

After discovering his passion for cooking as an Italian language instructor at UC Berkeley, Chef Chris went on to be the co-founder of a culinary event business, specializing in regional Italian cooking, and then worked as a chef teaching cooking classes for corporate groups, cultivating a 5-star rating. Chef Chris now works with a company providing walking food tours of Little Italy as well as teaching his lauded cooking classes.

Born with a love for tantalizing flavors, Chef Jordan pursued his culinary ambitions as soon as he could, which took him around the world. Chef Shan is a native of India and has been teaching Indian cooking in a variety of settings for more than 20 years. She has also authored a cookbook and has been featured in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and on PBS. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu in 2012, Chef Pao turned his focus to the beautiful and delicious preparation and presentation of sushi. Previously, he worked as a sushi chef at a restaurant in St. Paul where he perfected his sushi-making techniques. Now, Chef Pao runs his own catering business for events and gatherings, and teaches Asian cooking classes with a focus on skill and high-quality ingredients.

An accomplished chef and world traveler, Chef Greg has much to offer in the culinary landscape. With over 20 years of experience, Chef Greg prides himself on his ability to craft creative and inventive fare that exceeds expectations, while providing a service that goes above and beyond. Chef Greg has opened restaurants in London, studied under top chefs, and prepared meals for royalty.

Born and raised in Sardinia, Italy, Chef Francesca discovered her passion at a young age. She loves to cook traditional Sardinian and Italian food while using traditional techniques and high-quality ingredients when handcrafting classics, like homemade pasta, sauces and desserts.

While building 16 years of experience in sushi restaurants, Chef Harold developed a diverse style of cooking. He is inspired by the world around us — from traditional Japanese sushi techniques to local farmers market finds — and brings it all to the table.
