What You’ll Do

Discover exactly what makes French bread so undeniably delicious in this hands-on culinary experience.

In this interactive cooking class, Chef Stephanie will introduce you to the wonderful world of French breads. You will learn how to knead, loaf and bake the classic baguette, fougasse and epi.

Amazingly, these three traditional French breads are made from just four basic ingredients. You will discover how water, yeast, flour and salt come together to create the perfect baguette with a thin crackling crust and a tender interior as well as a salty, herby fougasse with a beautifully spongy, hole-ridden center, and the very impressive and sophisticated epi bread.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Stephanie's French Bread class was very educational, and we had such a good time. She was patient and very informative. I enjoyed the hands-on portion as well as the treats she had available for us. We will definitely take the skills she taught us and make our own breads at home. 10/10 experience! I am writing this as I’m enjoying the delights of this evening’s class. The French Bread Class was our second with Chef Stephanie, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. She is a marvelous instructor and gives pro tips that create a-ha moments every time! The take-always are always delicious! We can’t wait to book another and take our friends.
