What You’ll Do

Join Chef Veronica and learn how to master the cornerstone of the Mexican kitchen: salsa.

In this hands-on class with Chef Veronica, you will learn how to make one of the simplest, yet most complex Mexican essentials: salsa. You'll then use your salsas to prepare Chef Veronica's four-course Mexican menu.

Chef Veronica will begin by teaching on the different types of salsas and how to differentiate between the many types of chiles. You'll undoubtedly learn that salsa is not only a genius way of seasoning every bite with acidity, heat, and salt, but how easy it is to recreate your own salsa at home!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a wonderful time learning about and cooking authentic Mexican cuisine with Chef Veronica. Her inviting home & warm nature enhanced the experience to be more than just a cooking class. She went above and beyond, teaching us about ingredients, techniques, and answering our many questions. The food was delicious and we would highly recommend Chef Veronica’s class to anyone wanting a fun day with friends, a unique date, or just a memorable experience. Chef Veronica was so great! I picked her because of her amazing reviews, and she did not disappoint! She was even able to give me some wine recommendations to bring for the meal, which was great because we got to try some new wines we hadn’t heard of before and they were so good! This Chef is very knowledgeable of cuisines and does more than just teaches you the cooking methods, you also learn about the history of the foods, where they come from, and why we prepare them the way we do. Loving to cook at home, we wanted a class that would teach us more about the cuisines than just how to combine preprepped ingredients in a pan. It was a great experience and I highly recommend booking this Chef for your cooking class experience!

We had such a wonderful time and that was all due to Veronica. Her home and kitchen are lovely, and she was very informative about Mexican cuisine. She answered every question we had and was very encouraging to my husband who's afraid of cooking. I've been cooking for a while and I learned some new techniques from her. Veronica is excellent teacher for both novices and experienced cooks. I am excited to replicate the cooking experience at home!
