Cooking Class - Mexican Kitchen in Chicago

Chef Andy was wonderful! I booked this class for my boyfriend's birthday and we absolutely loved our experience! From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by chef Andy and his wife who helped out and made the night all the more meaningful. Another couple joined us in the class and it was great having extra company and getting to know them. Highly recommend this event as a gift with a loved one! Will be coming back for sushi making with Chef Andy! Thank you!!!

Chef Andy is very entertaining and personable. He did a great job of explaining the techniques as we worked our way through the meal. I believe anyone can feel confident using those techniques in their own kitchen after taking a class with Chef Andy

Chef Andy is awesome. He is fun and entertaining, you will learn something you didn't know about cooking, and the food is delicious. I highly recommend participating in any of Chef Andy's cooking classes. I know I will be back.

We hosted Chef Andy for a couples date and it was an amazing experience. Not only Chef Andy is extremely knowledgeable and help us demystify some recipes, he is also very comfortable by hosting his class and extremely fun. We learned and did the work, while still able to join a fun night among friends. We will definitely host Chef Andy more times.

I was in Chicago for a conference and as a sales rep I am usually asked to host business dinners which can be boring and lame at times. Instead, I invited a bunch of prospects and clients to a cooking class with Chef Andy and he was INCREDIBLE! We had a wide range of abilities in the class and he did a great job of breaking up everyone into teams so that those with less skills could still feel included. The venue was beautiful, the food was delicious, and all of my prospects and clients literally said this was "the best conference sidebar event they had ever been to." I was ecstatic with the experience!

We had our annual staff retreat at Cozymeal and used the mystery bag competition as a team building activity. Chef Andy was wonderful and everyone had a great time.
