Chef Edouard was extremely courteous and friendly, talking us through the entire cooking process. The meals were fantastic, and the placements of everything was adorable and divine. I took my girlfriend to him for Valentine's Day and we all had a wonderful time. Will certainly repeat.

Chef Edouard will not only teach you how to cook delicious hearty dishes, but his background as a food stylist will make them visually pop as well. After learning how easy and delicious homemade dips are, I will not be buying prepackaged snacks again. I can't wait to make the recipes I learned for summer barbecues!
