Learn five steps to the perfect brunch while pairing dance steps and music with your meal!
In this hands-on class with Chef Jarvis, you will learn the five essential steps to creating a decadent brunch menu while also having fun and learning a few dance steps in the process.
Some of the skills you can look forward to honing include how to make the perfect homemade waffle and pancake batters and the trick to properly poaching an egg. You can also look forward to discovering the secret to concocting a smooth and sultry cognac maple glaze as well as other unique and seasonal condiments that will take your brunch to the next level.

We were and are immensely impressed with Chef Jarvis. Not only is he of a stellar culinary pedigree but he's multi-lingual, well-travelled, prompt, intensely professional, and is down-to-earth all at the same time. That's rather difficult to achieve for most. He made the in-home Cozymeal experience truly cozy and enjoyable for us. His personable charm and demeanor made us feel as if we were being catered to by the very best at what they do, and it is and was quickly evident that he is. I felt comfortable welcoming him into my home, and he was dropping pearls the entire session. I will never forget what it takes to achieve "Flavor Profile Building." He brings his entire self to work, and that is why he is able to perform in such an ultimate fashion. He taught us so much, and we are endlessly grateful. It was an honor to witness firsthand both how he teaches and how he works. Bravo, sir, and thanks again. Everything was so delicious!

Booked the class Best of the Pacific Rim with Chef Jarvis
Chef Jarvis was very knowledgeable and friendly and arrived on time. He said there would be an assistant for parties of 10 or more but our late addition of guests didn't give him enough time to find one who was available. He didn't communicate some rules in advance that affected our evening such as "no dogs allowed in the kitchen." So instead of being able to find a dog sitter we had to listen to them barking from the bedroom all evening. He also didn't help clean up after at all like he initially communicated, and he didn't communicate the amount of extra bowls and other dishes that would be required which we thankfully had available. Overall a good experience but would have liked better communication in advance about his rules for pets and what dishes would be necessary.

This was probably the best birthday present I ever got--a sushi-making class that was rolled up in an unbelievable 4-course meal. Each dish was perfect and Chef Jarvis was a delight. I'm eagerly awaiting his next popup and looking forward to having another class with him.
