WHAT YOU’LL DO

Treat yourself to a divine pasta dinner and a show with the multi-talented Chef Lawrence.
After an opening opera or broadway song, Chef Lawrence will take you through the process of making homemade pasta in this hands-on culinary experience.

You will begin your meal with a refreshing tricolore salad then dive into your handmade pasta dishes. You will learn how to create a silky, light lasagna as well as the pasta sauce for the fettuccine. And finally, you will make zabaglione — Italy's famous warm marsala wine custard— together, which will be served over fresh strawberries before ending class with a parting song!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
