Chef RJ is a well-seasoned chef with previous positions as the executive chef for renowned restaurants, as well as other exciting culinary endeavors, including cooking on a private yacht and at a premiere guest ranch. He is also a registered dietician and an American Culinary Federation-certified executive chef. Above all, Chef RJ is an impeccable teacher, incredibly personable, and is known for preparing immensely creative dishes.

We had a fun evening with Chef RJ. He clearly went to a lot of trouble to prep for the event, and he very professional and welcoming throughout. We learned a lot, our dinner was delicious, and we'd recommend him without hesitation. Great experience.

We had a great experience learning about Northern Italian cuisine with Chef RJ. He prepared a great menu and walked us through all the details on preparing a creative and seasonal menu. He clearly put in a lot of thought and effort into the meal. He was welcoming and fun too. We learned a lot of great tricks we will use at home!

RJ is a wonderful chef. We had such a great experience learning about the region of Northern Italy and the influence of French cooking in the region. The way RJ paired the flavors was genius! He happily answered our questions about knives and knife care, as well. His explanations were articulate and yet not too technical for us lay people. And, the food! Just incredible! I was so full! So delicious! I have suggested to my friends that we make this a monthly "girl's night out". This is way more intimate and fun in the comfort of RJ's immaculate modern home.
