In this hands-on pizza-making class, you will be learning the trade from a real master. Chef Luana is one of Italy’s few professional female pizza makers, known as “pizzaiolas,” working with a wood-burning oven. Her mastery of pizza is simply unparalleled.

You can look forward to mastering every step of the pizza-making process from dough to done with Chef Luana. You will learn the secrets to a blistery, hand-thrown crust. Then, round up a variety of classic and gourmet toppings to create an authentic array of pizzas.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Luana was phenomenal. She is a true Italian chef with 30+ years experience owning a pizza restaurant. Not only was she a great teacher, but her stories of the "homeland" were truly endearing. We had a wonderful time and truly took our pizza making skills to the next level. Highly recommended!

Such a fun and memorable experience! Chef Luana was warm, engaging, and made the whole pizza-making process so approachable—even for beginners. We made our dough from scratch, learned helpful tips on toppings and baking techniques, and got to personalize our pizzas. The class was super hands-on but still relaxed, and Chef Luana created such a welcoming, social vibe. It honestly felt like being at a friend’s house for a homemade pizza night—except with a pro guiding us every step of the way. Perfect for a date night or just something fun and different to do with your family. I’d definitely take another class with her!

Chef Luana is the real deal, and even has her own restaurant in Italy! My husband and I took her pizza-making class and loved it! She was friendly, patient, humorous, and informative, making sure we learned but also had fun. And she infused some stories and tidbits about her Italian culture! Luana provided the perfect balance of giving us participation/experience at every level, but also having some items prepped because they take longer (ex: yeast needs hours to proof and and dough needs to rise, so we made our own to learn how but she had dough prepped and ready to use) We got to make 3 different pizzas, with some options to customize. They were all beautiful and delicious! The crust was light and crispy and unlike any other; we can't wait to try out what we learned, at home. We would definitely recommend Luana and one of her many Italian cooking classes!
