Cooking Class - Southeast Asian Basics

What You’ll Do

Learn the basics and fundamentals of bringing a deliciously exotic Southeast Asian feast to life.

In this hands-on class, Chef Peter introduces you to some of the amazing flavors you may have never had the chance to experience. He then continues by showing you how easy Southeast Asian ingredients and techniques are to incorporate into everyday meals.

You will begin ushering in the authentic flavors of Southeast Asia by preparing a fried rice that is easy to replicate and turn a weeknight ho-hum meal into a stunner. Then, refreshing cabbage slaw will prepare the way for the creation of a flakey dessert roti.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Thank you Peter for being flexible with my requests. You were well prepared with the dozens of ingredients and dishes involved. I appreciated the instruction being a hands on situation, and your helpful comments have improved my knife skills. Conversation was easy, and I enjoyed hearing about your travel and restaurant background. I have copied all the recipes on your menu, and am eager to try all of them on my own. Thanks for a delicious and enjoyable experience! Jed
