Cooking Class - Filipino Classics Made Vegan

What You’ll Do

Join Chef Ellie as she teaches how to give meat-centric Filipino classics a vegan makeover.

In this hands-on Filipino vegan class with Chef Ellie, you will learn some of the most essential Filipino techniques and how to apply authentic Southeast Asian flavors to commonly used vegan proteins.

When Filipino food is mentioned, the dishes that most commonly come to mind tend to be lumpia, pancit, and adobo. These Filipino dishes are traditionally centered around meat, but that hasn't stopped Chef Ellie from successfully creating vegan preparations of these three Filipino classics that are arguably even more delicious than the original versions!

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Ellie and her food are fabulous! She prepared three Filipino dishes, each one unique from the next, and I enjoyed every single bite. If you like Asian flavors with Spanish influences, you need Filipino food in your life! I highly recommend.
