Cooking Class - Basic Sausage Making

What You’ll Do

Chef Michael instructs on the basic tools, skills, and techniques to make sausage at home.

In this hands-on class, you will learn the science of sausage making and work together with the instruction of Chef Michael to make sausages from scratch. You will showcase your creations in the form of a four-course meal that includes Italian sausage, Merguez sausage, fennel sausage, and duck sausage.

Chef Michael will discuss meal planning and pairing to take your homemade sausages to the next level. You will also leave class with at least one pound of each type of sausage to take home with recipes for the sausage and pairings.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I had a great time at Chef's Michael cooking class. He’s very talented and his food is super delicious. If you’re a meat lover, then his Sausage making class is a must try for you! You’ll have a lot of fun and will definitely learn some cool new techniques.
