WHAT YOU’LL DO
There’s nothing like a sushi party to bring together good company and good flavor.
In this hands-on class, Chef Adam teaches the basics of making sushi as well as the techniques to some Japanese-influenced appetizers for an all-inclusive sushi social.
Chef Adam will go over the basic ingredients found in sushi, teach on the process of making marinades, and showing how to roll your own sushi. Sushi isn’t the only thing you’ll be rolling, as you will end with a sweet fruit roll with coconut milk. Chef Adam encourages that you request your favorite sushi rolls to be featured in the class.
