After climbing the ranks, Chef Julia landed at the acclaimed La Duni in Dallas. Her menu creation relies on smart seasoning perfectly paired with fresh ingredients. Oh, and the heat. After quickly learning Dallas is very much into fiery Tex-Mex food, she spiced up her cooking accordingly.

Chef Julia is friendly, well spoken and very knowledgeable regarding the preparation of the menu, and communication of the steps involved. Food was delicious, flavorful and presentation was great.
