What You’ll Do

Learn how to prepare a three-course vegan Italian dinner bursting with color and flavor.

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Na'Tori, you will learn how to prepare a three-course vegan Italian menu using fresh, high-quality, plant-based ingredients as well as smart culinary techniques.

Chef Na'Tori will begin by teaching you how to pack layers of flavor into a caprese stuffed mushroom appetizer. Then, you will learn how to make homemade pasta dough and prepare ravioli filled with vegan Italian sausage and topped with a homemade red sauce. Lastly, you will end with a lemon cheesecake parfait with fresh berries for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Na’Tori has been working and cooking professionally in many a renowned restaurant and bakery kitchen for the past five years. Chef Na’Tori began her foray into the culinary world honing her skills at a French restaurant. From there, she found herself mastering pastry in one of the most popular cupcake bakeries in the country before moving on to work in a from-scratch kitchen furthering her culinary knowledge and skill.
