What You’ll Do

Join Chef Chris and prepare for an interactive introduction to the sous vide cooking method.

In this hands-on class with Chef Chris, you will learn how to prepare a gourmet three-course menu using high-quality ingredients, and a sous vide machine that ensures your food is cooked to perfection.

Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include a melon and tomato salad with fresh mint and feta, an herbed butter pork chop with roasted garlic and whipped parsnips and rainbow carrots, and seasonal fruit poached in wine for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
