Inspire your inner Willy Wonka and learn the skills to become a master chocolatier.

Join Chef Aditi on an interactive bon bon-making journey of the senses, beginning with a tour of the establishmentâ€™s Willy Wonka-like chocolate factory, and a chocolate tasting and pairing activity!

Class time will consist of constructing the crÃ¨me de la crÃ¨me of bon bons. You will start by painting your own molds with cocoa butter paints. Then, you will concoct confectionery combinations with unique fillings, such as whiskey or beer caramel, fleur de sel caramel, cookies and cream, and fig and date ganache to pipe in your handcrafted molds.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Claudia was an incredible instructor and we had so much fun experimenting with different bon bon fillings! The personal instruction allowed us a lot of time to decorate our molds and fill our bon bons accordingly. I'd love to do this again!

Chef Aditi was extremely warm and friendly and welcoming in her space. She was very knowledgeable about all things chocolate. The class was very fun and informal and I really enjoyed the creative aspect of painting and decorating the chocolate.
