Chef Andy is eager to draw upon his extensive culinary background to share the expert techniques and luscious ingredients that make each treat a distinctly satisfying experience for the palate.
You will be guided through the creation of perfectly-flaky pastries and caramelized custards along with the essential sauces that complete each dessert. With your new skills and recipes you will be able to assemble a menu that is sure to have your guests coming back for more.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
