Chef Titik was amazing. She was so knowledgeable about all cuisines and did a wonderful job of explaining and contextualizing the recipes and stories of Indonesian cuisine. What's more, she was a great host, and we immediately felt comfortable and inspired in her kitchen. We knew very little about Indonesian food, but because of this class, we are excited to regularly make the balado sauce and beef rendang and continue to explore. The class was a perfect date night. It was a joy to get to know her, and we are excited to learn more from Chef Titik through other classes in the future!

We had a fun evening learning about Indonesian cooking and learning new tricks and tips. For future reference, maybe the chef can do some prep work ahead. Like prepare the drink or appetizers ahead of time to hold guests over. Also like in a cooking show, do some prep work ahead so that dinner can be served a little earlier. This ended up being a very long evening with a late dinner.
