WHAT YOU’LL DO

Create a seasonal dinner party menu together in this date night cooking class in Raleigh. You’ll roast an herb-seasoned chicken, caramelize Brussels sprouts with balsamic glaze and prepare butternut squash gratin layered with ricotta and hazelnuts. For dessert, you’ll bake persimmon pear cobbler topped with ginger-spiced whipped cream. Chef Meribeth or a resident chef will guide you through roasting, gratin preparation and seasonal baking while working with Le Creuset cookware. This cooking class in Raleigh gives couples practical ideas and techniques for entertaining at home.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
