Discover the basics of homemade pasta in this approachable cooking class in Tampa.

This cooking class in Tampa is for anyone who has always wanted to make fresh pasta but never quite got around to it. Chef Vlisaria or a resident chef walks you through homemade dough, orecchiette with roasted squash, sage and pecorino and pappardelle with Tuscan sausage ragÃ¹, finishing with an arugula and blood orange salad. Two shapes, two sauces and a lot of flour on your hands. Book your cooking class in Tampa today!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

I had an amazing time as this was my first class. There wasn't a large turnout so it was a more intimate experience, getting quality time with the chef and the other few people in the room. The Osso Buco came out perfectly. I learned some good tips, had a fun time and met some great people. I will definitely be signing up for more classes this week!

We enjoyed our Friday night date night with Chef Pat and his staff! We learned some new techniques and enjoyed preparing our French meal. The menu was spectacular, and we loved that fact that it was so simple yet elegant! It seemed everyone in the class was having just as much fun as we were.
