WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn how to make gnocchi in brown butter sage sauce in this cooking class.

Gnocchi from scratch sounds intimidating until Chef Christine breaks it down step by step. You'll mash, mix and knead your way to pillowy potato dumplings, then shape them like a pro. While they boil, you'll brown butter until it hits that perfect nutty, caramelized sweet spot and finish the sauce with sage and black pepper.

 

Fold everything together, top with Parmesan and chives and dinner is served. All ingredients and tools included, all skill levels welcome at a local Louisville venue. No experience needed, just a serious appetite.

Beverages are available for purchase to enhance your experience. Guests must be 21+ to attend.
