Every dish in this phenomenal session is a lesson in essential Italian fare.

Take a voyage of discovery in an interactive cooking class where the best of Italian cuisine becomes your gourmet playground. Chef Christine eagerly awaits the opportunity to introduce you to a host of traditional favorites. Start your lesson by assembling a classic Caesar salad with homemade dressing that sings with flavor. Then, learn to turn basic rice into creamy risotto, topped with fresh scallops cooked to perfection. For dessert, learn the magic of making your own tiramisu from scratch.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
