Sweeten an apricot frangipane tart and finish a savory squash one in this class.
Explore sweet and savory baking in this interactive cooking class in Las Vegas focused on seasonal tarts. With guidance from Chef Brennan or a resident chef, you’ll make classic tart doughs and use them to prepare a fruit tart, an apricot almond tart and a freeform squash and ricotta tart. Along the way, you’ll learn practical techniques for working with pastry and balancing flavors. This cooking class in Las Vegas is a great way to expand your baking skills.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
