What You'll Do

Roll up your sleeves and cook six New England coastal classics from scratch.

Coastal New England has never tasted so good and in this interactive cooking class in Las Vegas, you'll get to make it yourself. With Chef Brennan or a resident chef by your side, you'll assemble a warm lobster roll on freshly baked brioche, prepare a crisp butter lettuce salad and cook sea salt and vinegar smashed potatoes. You'll also create a crustless blueberry pie and mix a raspberry lime rickey to finish. Along the way, you'll pick up practical techniques for working with seafood and building fresh, seasonal dishes. This cooking class in Las Vegas is a great option for a relaxed and flavorful date night.
