Cooking Class - Handmade Pasta — Without a Roller
$ 115 Per person
all-inclusive: 2.5-hour class, 3-course meal.
This class teaches the fundamentals of making fresh pasta and pesto sauce by hand.
Chef Shahida is your guide in learning how to make pasta and pasta sauces completely from scratch utilizing techniques that do not require special equipment or a pasta roller and high-quality, fresh ingredients.
This cooking class begins with preparing a caprese salad with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and basil in a balsamic reduction sauce. For the main event, you'll make fresh pasta by hand and top it with earthy arugula pesto and crumbled goat cheese. End by marinating and pairing berries with chocolate cookie crumbles and spiced crème.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The Le Cordon Bleu summa cud laude graduate is a fan of the farm-to-table slow food movement. Though she focuses on Asian fusion, Italian, sushi, new American and Tex-Mex are some of her other absolute favorite cuisines to create.
