Cooking Class - Cook Rustic Italian Favorites

all-inclusive: 2-hour class, 4-course meal.
Cook four iconic Italian American dishes in one unforgettable comfort class.
This cooking class in Kirkland (Seattle) is where you'll cook a well-rounded Italian menu with a modern touch. Guided by Chef Peter or a resident chef, you'll shape and bake polpette, prepare homemade manicotti filled with cheese and spinach and pair it all with a fresh tomato sauce. You'll also roast broccolini with garlic and lemon and round things off with a simple affogato. Throughout the class, you'll gain hands-on experience with pasta preparation and classic Italian methods. This cooking class in Kirkland (Seattle) is perfect for anyone who loves Italian food and wants to master it from scratch.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef
Chef Peter's culinary journey may have begun in Northern California, but it's taken him around the U.S., with stops in D.C. and Nantucket. He honed his talent in well-regarded eateries, eventually rising to the level of executive chef. His restaurant experience includes a stint at the Watergate Hotel. Now happily settled in Seattle, Chef Peter is often found sharing his skills in cooking classes and with local and national nonprofits.
