Cooking Class - Festive Paella for Beginners

all-inclusive: 2-hour class, 4-course meal.
Learn how to make a bold paella in this cooking class.
Cook an iconic Spanish feast in this hands-on cooking class in Palo Alto (The Bay Area). Learn how to prepare classic seafood paella and chicken and chorizo paella while mastering rice technique and proper heat control. You’ll also make a kale and Manchego salad and finish with Spanish olive oil ice
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

After 10 years of in-depth corporate catering experience, Chef Andrea shifted into instructor mode to share her talent with aspiring cooks. Her culinary education revealed a love and specialty for baking and pastry craft. Her life is filled with family, fur friends, music and sports. All of this activity is the perfect fuel for energizing Chef Andrea as she dreams up new methods for helping her students hone their kitchen skills.
