Cooking Class - Craft a Vibrant Korean BBQ Feast

all-inclusive: 2-hour class, 4-course meal.
Prepare chef-inspired Korean BBQ favorites from scratch.
Cook a full Korean BBQ-style meal in this interactive cooking class in NYC. With guidance from Chef Emily or a resident chef, you’ll grill bulgogi beef, assemble lettuce wraps and prepare traditional side dishes including cucumber salad, quick kimchi and japchae. You’ll also make steamed egg and rice. This cooking class in NYC focuses on flavor layering, timing and understanding the role of banchan in Korean cuisine.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
