Explore a family-friendly taco menu in this fun cooking class in McLean. Guided by Chef Charles or a resident chef, you’ll prepare steak tacos with tomatillo salsa, handmade tortillas, lime butter corn and tres leches cake with cream. You’ll gain hands-on practice with grilling, pressing tortillas and assembling layered flavors. Really fun and busy class making pad Thai, deep fried lemongrass corn fritters, shrimp curry, and enjoying coconut rice afterwards, in a group of 12. It was nice to review knife skills as well. Great date or special occasion activity
