WHAT YOU’LL DO
Build confidence decorating traditional cakes from start to finish.
Build confidence with classic pastry techniques in this interactive cooking class in San Antonio. With guidance from Chef Miguel or a resident chef, you’ll prepare genoise cake, whip Swiss meringue buttercream and assemble a layered cake with raspberry curd. You’ll focus on filling evenly, applying frosting smoothly and finishing with decorative touches like sugared flowers. This cooking class in San Antonio offers clear, step-by-step instruction for creating polished, bakery-style cakes.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
