WHAT YOU’LL DO

Roll sushi, sip craft beer and learn from a seasoned chef in a lively Boston brewery.
Begin your cooking class by preparing a comforting bowl of miso soup before diving into sushi techniques using gluten-free, nut-free and dairy-free ingredients. Learn how to shape hand rolls (temaki) and inside-out rolls (uramaki) as you create a shrimp tempura hand roll and a flavorful sweet potato hand roll.

The class wraps up with a classic spicy tuna roll, bringing everything you’ve learned together. Expect expert guidance, plenty of tasting and a full meal you’ll proudly enjoy on the spot. Book your cooking class today!
