Learn to time and plate a great East Coast brunch.
Learn to pull off a restaurant-style brunch in this fun cooking class in King of Prussia (Philadelphia). Led by Chef Cristina or a resident chef, you’ll prepare New England crab cake eggs Benedict with Old Bay hollandaise, a skillet soufflé pancake with lemon syrup and blackberries and bacon and leek potato hash with chive crème fraîche. You’ll build real skills like multitasking, seasoning with confidence and plating a full brunch spread without stress. Book your cooking class in King of Prussia (Philadelphia) today.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We enjoyed our ravioli making class, it was absolutely delicious! Tasha was a great teacher and we will definitely try this recipe at home. Our only feedback is that we went as a couple and didn’t love that our group was a foursome and that meant that other people’s hands were all over our food. I understand that some might come as singles and that’s absolutely great—we love meeting new people and sharing the table space with others is enjoyable. But not everyone adheres to the food handling rules and this was a bit off-putting. If the recipe could be split up for each person or twosome to have their own ingredients, we would have enjoyed it a bit more. Again, loved the recipe though.

The class was spectacular - the chef was very professional, instructions were clear, fun was had by all. And the macarons were delicious! The only issue we had was with Cozymeal. It said the class started at 9 when it actually started at 10, and that it would last 2 hours when it was actually a 3 hour class. The chef listed in Cozymeal was not the chef we had.

was NOT Cristina, but was fun. Only one complaint. When we were leaving, others from the class had copies of all the recipies of what we cooked, we did NOT receive this. Can someone send me a copy of the recipes from this class? thank you
