Chef Caleb has a great personality and I instantly liked him. He is from Louisiana and has an enveloping passion for the food of his home state and the fusion of French/Creole cuisine. Highlights were the cast iron blackened fish, and the strawberry clafoutis, both of which were incredibly delicious and very easy to make. I look forward to trying more food with Chef Caleb!
