Chef Emily or a resident chef will guide you through roasted herb pork tenderloin with spring fruit chutney, potato leek gratin, shaved asparagus salad with mint and Pecorino and mousse au citron. You’ll practice practical techniques like balancing rich and fresh flavors, building texture and plating a full meal with confidence in this cooking class in NYC.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
