With step-by-step guidance from Chef Miguel or a resident chef, young cooks will prepare global-inspired menus featuring tostadas and horchata, steamed buns, cheeseburger macaroni, Italian classics and French favorites. Each day focuses on practical skills, teamwork and tasting new flavors. This cooking series in San Antonio encourages kids to explore how food connects cultures while building real kitchen skills.

Chef Joe walked us through cooking asparagus soup, risotto w leek, asparagus & string beans, frittata & roasted strawberries ice cream. We learned knife skills. He included each student in the meal prep. He was entertaining , efficient & knowledgeable. He made sure we were successful. A good meal & a good time.

We made Chicken Milanese, Gnocchi in tomato cream sauce, salad with lemon salad dressing, and budino. Dylan explained everything. Eating the prepared food - delicious!!
